Financial Intelligence Unit Manager
As a Manager in our Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), you'll lead a team of investigators, both locally and internationally.
Primary Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of General Investigations staff, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), managing case volumes, and tracking production trends.
• Develop and implement frameworks for production and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Transaction Monitoring and Compliance Operations teams to enhance monitoring rules and investigative processes.
• Lead various ad hoc projects related to emerging investigation processes, data analysis, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Act as the primary resource for team members on escalated investigative issues.
• Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and training to team members.
• Drive employee development, performance evaluation, and corrective action.
• Establish and enforce team objectives, policies, and procedures to align with departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (equivalent relevant experience may be considered)
• Master's degree in business or related field, or law degree preferred
• 7 years of experience in AML Investigations and Suspicious Activity Reporting
• 5 years of direct management experience
• 2 years of process improvement experience, achieving operational efficiencies
• Familiarity with BSA laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or ICA in Financial Crime Prevention preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time-critical situations effectively
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with BSA transaction monitoring or case management applications

• This position may be filled at the Manager or Senior Manager level based on the candidate's experience.
