Job Summary: Vice President of Medical Services
We are currently seeking a visionary Vice President of Medical Services to lead and enhance the medical operations of our integrated care teams in Ohio and Indiana. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of care while providing strategic leadership to our clinical staff. As a key figure within our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our medical policies and practices to align with the highest standards of healthcare provision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee medical operations within our integrated care teams.
  • Develop and implement medical policies and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies.
  • Provide executive leadership and supervision to our nursing staff.
  • Offer ongoing support and consultation to clinical leaders.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings and review client records.
  • Ensure credentialing in Ohio and Indiana as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We Are Seeking Individuals With The Following Qualifications
  • Background in psychiatry, neurology, addiction psychiatry, or addiction medicine.
  • Extensive experience in managing treatments for mental health, substance use, dual diagnosis, and co-occurring disorders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of effectively supervising medical personnel.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and healthcare standards.
  • Current and valid medical license as a physician or nurse practitioner in Ohio or Indiana.
