A leading Community Action Agency in Southeast Missouri is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations across six counties and the communities we serve.

- Oversee all financial aspects of the agency as a strategic partner on the executive team.
- Lead and mentor the fiscal team to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports, budget analysis, and forecasts.
- Manage Finance and Accounting departments, ensuring compliance with various funding sources.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Fiscal Management; CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in a nonprofit setting, particularly a Community Action Agency, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective management.
- Strategic thinking abilities to solve complex problems.
- Capacity to manage pressure, plan effectively, and delegate tasks.
- Passion for mission-driven work and a collaborative team player.
