ResponsibilitiesRefine financing strategies in collaboration with the CFO to support corporate financial goals.
Manage financial operations, including project finances, reporting, and budget oversight.
Lead financial aspects of acquisitions and strategic initiatives, fostering relationships with financial institutions.
Ensure accurate and timely financial and tax reporting.
Champion the integration of new systems and technologies to enhance financial processes.
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team focused on operational excellence.
Enhance inter-departmental communications and participate in cross-functional teams.
Maintain compliance with accounting and finance regulations.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required (CPA highly preferred).
10-15 years of finance management experience, preferably in real estate development, acquisition, or property management.
Proven leadership skills in managing diverse teams and complex financial projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing collaboration and professional development.
Experience with property management accounting software such as Yardi or Rent Manager.
