Position Overview
As the CFO, you will be a strategic business partner to private equity investors, the CEO, and the board. Your focus will be on driving value creation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership qualities to the role.
Financial Leadership

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, taxation, planning, and analysis.
• Implement solid financial control systems and risk management protocols.
• Utilize digital finance analytics tools for decision-making and cost efficiency.

Strategic Partnership

• Collaborate on strategic initiatives and business growth opportunities.
• Align financial strategies with business objectives through key meetings.
• Develop and execute financial strategies supporting long-term goals and exit strategy.

Stakeholder Management

• Navigate relationships with shareholders, the board, executive team, and physician leaders.
• Provide insights into business economics and solutions to challenges.
• Create engaging presentations for stakeholders at all levels.

Change Management

• Drive adoption of operational best practices and technology within finance and operations.
• Implement processes and controls to enhance efficiency and financial performance.
• Lead initiatives for operational improvement.

Solutions-Oriented Approach

• Address business challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Manage teams closely on strategic issues across finance areas.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach as needed.

ExperienceRequired Qualifications

• Senior financial leadership role experience, preferably at the enterprise level.
• Background in managing the finance function across various areas.
• Prior experience in private equity-backed healthcare preferred.
• MBA or CPA highly valued.
