About The RoleAs a Student Success Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our students on their educational journey. From providing personalized coaching to fostering learner engagement, you'll help students overcome challenges and celebrate milestones along the way.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one and group coaching to students, offering support and encouragement.
Engage students through regular phone outreach and virtual coaching sessions.
Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to inspire positive behavior change.
Facilitate readiness curriculum and course completion sessions.
Collaborate with fellow Student Success Coaches to enhance student outcomes.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance student success.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree
Accredited Coaching Certification
3 years of coaching experience
Experience in remote teaching or facilitating groups
Familiarity with technology platforms such as Salesforce, Webex, and Tableau
Preferred QualificationsICF or NBHWC Certification
Experience supporting adult learners in distance learning environments
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Working ConditionsRemote work environment with occasional travel requirements
Ability to work independently while embracing feedback and continuous improvement
Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of computer work with occasional lifting up to 15 pounds
