Get It Recruit - Educational Services is Hiring a Remote Senior Director, Education Consultant -- Remote | WFH

We are a leading provider of evidence-based solutions for impactful outcomes, is currently seeking a Senior Director, Education Consultant to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Education Agency Practice, the Senior Director will play a pivotal role in driving collaborative efforts to achieve organizational goals aligned with our core values.
ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison and lead manager for client engagements with state and local education agencies, nonprofits, and funders.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, technical assistance partners, funders, and internal staff.
Lead and oversee key aspects, including planning, content development, and delivery, leveraging both internal and external expertise.
Ensure the clarity, effectiveness, and alignment of client-facing content and deliverables, consistently striving for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to develop innovative tools and strategies to address client needs.
Facilitate learning opportunities for staff and ensure documentation integrity during closeout.
Independently identify and secure new business opportunities in alignment with revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and support team members to foster a high-performance culture and promote professional growth.
Contribute to organizational strategy development and implementation.
Actively participate as a member of the management team, embodying our values and fostering a culture of inclusivity and accountability.
QualificationsBachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
Minimum 12 years of experience in nonprofit, education, finance, human resources, operations, policy, evaluation, data, or consulting fields.
Demonstrated track record of effective and team management, including client management and business development experience.
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Google Docs, Office 365, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
Commitment to continuous improvement and a high-performance culture.
Knowledge of current trends and developments in relevant fields is advantageous.
