About UsWe are collaborating with a prominent school district in North Carolina in the quest for a School Psychologist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work fully remote for the remainder of the school year, with potential extension into the summer and the upcoming academic year. We are seeking a committed professional who is deeply passionate about nurturing students' mental health, well-being, and academic achievements.
ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral well-being.
Offer virtual counseling and guidance services to students, addressing their social-emotional needs and fostering positive mental health.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow school staff to devise and implement effective behavior intervention strategies and support plans.
Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing insights for the development of tailored interventions and accommodations for students with special needs.
Position DetailsFull/Part-Time position available.
Caseload comprises students across various grade levels within the school district.
Fully remote work capability.

QualificationsMaster's Degree in School Psychology or a related field.
Possession of valid North Carolina state certification as a School Psychologist, or willingness to obtain before the start date.
Proficiency in evidence-based interventions and strategies for promoting students' mental health and learning.
Familiarity with virtual platforms and technology for conducting remote assessments and counseling sessions.
