Position OverviewWe are seeking passionate college admissions experts to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role offers a flexible, supportive, and collaborative work environment. If you have a passion for mentoring high school students and guiding them through the college admissions process, we encourage you to apply. This is a fully remote position with no travel required.
ResponsibilitiesGuide families through the college admissions landscape.
Meet one-on-one with students and parents to provide personalized support.
Collaborate with students from grades 9-12 on building their candidacy and navigating the college application process.
Advise students on extracurricular activities that enhance their college applications.
Offer detailed and constructive feedback on essay topics and writing, and conduct mock admission interviews.
Motivate students and help them manage time-sensitive tasks effectively.
Stay up-to-date on admission and test prep trends, as well as summer programs, providing valuable insights as a thought leader in the field.
QualificationsAn undergraduate or graduate degree from a selective university.
At least 2 years of experience in education consulting, college prep, university admissions, student counseling, or copywriting.
Ability to work collaboratively with a close-knit team of colleagues.
A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to go above and beyond for clients.
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate students' schedules.
Compensation And BenefitsThis is a salaried position with a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and potential bonuses.
Benefits include generous holiday, paid time off, and flexible schedules.

Work ScheduleFlexible hours that may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends to meet the needs of our students.
Typical workdays are Monday to Friday.
