Position OverviewAs an Adjunct Professor, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and informative online courses in Speech Communications, Mathematics, Humanities, and English Composition. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' learning experiences while maintaining a flexible schedule.
ResponsibilitiesFacilitate online course content delivery with enthusiasm and expertise.
Foster an interactive learning environment by guiding asynchronous discussions and providing constructive feedback.
Conduct live sessions to supplement course material and engage students in real-time learning experiences.
Maintain clear communication channels with students through announcements, emails, and virtual office hours.
Assess student performance promptly and fairly, adhering to established grading criteria and timelines.
Fulfill administrative duties such as attendance tracking and course management as required.
QualificationsA Master's Degree in the respective field or closely related area, with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours. A Ph.D. is preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to Christian values and the ability to integrate faith into teaching practices.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in online teaching platforms.
Previous experience in online education or instructional design is an advantage.
