We're currently looking for a Client Bill Representative to join our team.
As a Client Bill Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring data entry, reviewing accounts, and maintaining communication with clients.
Here's What You'll Be Doing

• Ensuring accuracy in charge posting for client bill accounts
• Monitoring and releasing monthly invoices
• Engaging with clients for online portal implementation
• Completing other assigned duties with diligence and attention to detail

What We're Looking For In You

• Familiarity with medical records is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in medical billing is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to change and perform various tasks
• Team player with a flexible mindset
• Demonstrated discretion and independent judgment in your work
• High school diploma or equivalent
