Administrative Assistant / Customer Service

Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Supporting customers with basic order information over the phone and by email.

- Assisting management in day to day tasks to help operations run smoothly

- Working alongside the owner to help improve efficiencies and train to move into management roll.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills

- Passion to help people

- Detail and Organization skills are a must

- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities

Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
