Position Title: Senior .NET Analyst/Developer Location: Jackson, MS Duration: 18 Months

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Analyst/Developer proficient in .NET applications to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our technical team to provide essential maintenance, enhancements, and support for our agency's existing applications. Additionally, there may be opportunities to design, develop, and enhance additional applications as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical Microsoft .NET developer, contributing to innovation and efficiency in our application development processes.
• Maintain and support critical applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Assist the technical team with various functions, leveraging your expertise to address complex challenges and optimize system performance.

Required Skills:

• 10 years of experience in .NET Development and Support, utilizing tools such as .NET Visual Studio.
• Proficiency in record locking development and application
• level security protocols.- Strong understanding of system and user level auditing processes.
• Competence in SQL Server Database Administration, including data modeling and query design for comprehensive reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with functional users and technical staff.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing business and IT needs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft server operating systems, including Windows 2008.
• Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage complex projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Crystal Reports for advanced application development and reporting.

• Demonstrated capability in documenting and troubleshooting web and network security issues, including certificate authorities.

• Establish and maintain testing environments to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our applications.
• Coordinate QA User Testing activities across various applications, facilitating seamless collaboration and feedback.
