YOUR NEW ROLE AS A RESTAURANT BUSSER - BARBACK

Your schedule is as flexible as our menu! Choose between full-time or part-time hours within our operating hours:

• Sunday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Monday to Thursday: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Saturday morning

You're at the heart of the action, restocking bar supplies with precision – from liquor to mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes. Your attention to detail shines as you clean and polish glassware and assist in preparing cocktail ingredients. Maintaining the bar's cleanliness and organization is second nature to you. You collaborate seamlessly with bartenders, ensuring every drink is served with perfection. Your role extends to collecting and washing glasses, disposing of bottles and trash, and monitoring inventory levels. As a key player in opening and closing duties, you take pride in your part in our customers' satisfaction. Join us and be the backbone of Gerry's exceptional bar service!

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction from bartenders and managers
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed

Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role is preferred but not required!
