Job Description

• Technical coordination of a shift group and monitoring of production according to specifications along the value chain.
• Technical management of a shift group to ensure smooth production flow (overview and evaluation of current production, initiation of necessary measures, if necessary after coordination)
• Supporting the responsible manager in personnel-related issues (e.g. employee development, absenteeism, personnel deployment, etc.)
• Participation in the processing of complaints and deviations
• Assumption of activities in the current production according to specification
• Trustful cooperation with internal and external interfaces (e.g. production areas, TS, CS, plant management, TCC / SEC, HR, BR)
• Independent compliance with relevant operational requirements, standards and legal regulations (SOP, BV, tariff, law, etc.)

Qualifications

Knowledge as taught in the course of 3-year industrial / technical training and deepened through targeted advanced training of specialized knowledge.

The work assignment requires at least three years of experience in a comparable function with planning / coordination tasks.

• Good knowledge of general processes in production and knowledge of the value chain (relevant influencing variables, interfaces, etc.)
• Good knowledge of assembly and injection molding processes, incl. key figures
• Knowledge personnel management
• Very good knowledge in the areas of resource and deployment planning
• Good IT user skills (e.g. Office programs, MES & ERP)
• English language skills (spoken and written)
