About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director / Associate Vice President for Global Clinical Operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing and optimizing the execution of clinical trials, leading a team of clinical operations professionals, and ensuring the successful delivery of clinical projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of the global clinical operations group, driving overall performance and execution of services, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Stakeholder engagement is also a key aspect, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and maintaining effective communication with sponsors and investigational sites.Applicants must have a Master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field, and at least sixteen years of experience in clinical operations within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry, with a proven track record of progressive leadership responsibilities. The role demands a strong understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards governing clinical research. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, be a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving, and have the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The position requires some travel, both domestic and international, and the company is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and flexible work environment.
