Ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the marine industry as well as technical training on Mercury Outboards/Yamaha Outboards. Valid driver's license required. Must have a passion for the details and take pride in quality of work performed. Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of proven track record in the marine industry, specifically with Mercury/Yamaha engines and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with service advisors, production managers, and customers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license
