Germain Honda of Naples Automotive Parts Advisor Naples, FL Full-time : Monday through Friday 7 : 30am to 5 : 30pm, alternating Saturdays$50k-$60k pay range based on experience.

Responsibilities :
- Returns a satisfactory profit on dealer capital invested in parts inventory
- Develops & maintains proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, pricing, merchandising, & displaying
- Promotes high standards for superior customer, employee, & center management
- Plan & achieve monthly, quarterly, & annual departmental objectives
- Attend & complete regular training provided by dealership & factory
- Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications :
- Previous automotive experience a plus
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Organized and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Fantastic communication skills with team and customers
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Clean driving record
