Responsibilities:

• Lead a growing Express Service Lane department in a high-volume store
• Exceed customer expectations on quality
• Manage express technicians work schedule and daily operations
• Coach, lead, and develop entry level technicians.

Qualifications:

• Vast knowledge of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities
• Previous technician experience
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• ASE Certification/Technical degree (preferred)
• Clean driving record
