We are Germack, a Detroit Roaster looking for a new team member to help us share our coffee in our café and beyond. The candidate should be someone who can thrive in a busy café under limited supervision but also who is willing to take instruction and learn from mistakes. Can you steam good milk and pull good shots? That helps, but we can teach you. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grown with us. So if you want to know more and do more with coffee, then perhaps this is the job for you. Communication skills, customer service, cash handling, and multitasking are all important aspects of our work here.
Most of the work will be done behind the café counter, but we are also looking for a person who can help with our trading side - store.
