Responsibilities

• Perform lawn & landscape installation and maintenance work in the field
• Assist the Production Manager in overseeing field operations, as needed
• Engage in on-the-job training and cross-training with other team members
• Ensure safety and security at job sites for all employees and customers
• Participate in snow removal operations as required

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience as a Crew Leader in the Landscape Industry
  • 2 Years Lawn Maintenance
  • 2 Years Landscaping
• Valid driver's license
• DOT Medical Card
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented
• Working knowledge of landscape installation and maintenance techniques
