Job Description Summary
The Recruiting Operations Analyst will perform administrative duties to support the Field and Centralized Recruitment team in all phases of the recruitment cycle. This position ensures the consistent and timely execution of services such as ownership of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) improvement tickets, ATS Testing, mass Candidate maintenance or movement and associated WD requirements. Monitoring and updating job profiles,, maintaining vendor invoicing and supporting Recruiting reporting requirements.
Job Description:
Provides day-to-day technology and process support for candidates, recruiters and coordinators.
Supports consistent and timely completion of centralized services such as, offer letter generation, job creations, job postings and background checks through system administration.
Manages the recruiter experience through careful management of Jira and FreshService tickets to continuously improve our ATS functionality
Ensures that all candidates are accurately processed through the Applicant Tracking System, providing guidance and in the moment training to the Field TA team and hiring managers when needed
Manages the pre-employment process by generating background checks and acting as liaison between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
Codes, processes, and follows up on all Recruiting invoices in a timely manner
Supports and executes recruiting based reports using Workday, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Looker Studio
Assists Field team with referral program administrative duties
Perform other special projects or duties when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required- (pivot tables, x-lookup, v-lookup)
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment environment working with an applicant tracking system - Workday experience required
Power BI or Google Looker Studio experience required
