We are currently looking for a admin to join our Phoenix, AZ office.
Summary:
General administrative office duties, operates central telephone to effectively route incoming calls, receives vendors, customers, visitors and answers general questions and directs individual to the appropriate person. Performs general administrative duties including scanning, data entry, preparing reports, mail distribution, typing, sorting, filing, and other clerical duties as directed.

Education and Experience:
Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful. College degree preferred but not required. Good typing skills, attentive to detail, accurate. Well organized. Knowledge and ability to use computer applications, multi-phone lines and other office equipment.
Essential Job Functions
· Answers, screens, routes, incoming calls
· Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance
· Reviews and routes incoming mail
· Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence including emails, faxes, deliveries
- Takes client calls and enters them into our scheduling program. 
· Reviews and routes incoming mail
· Demonstrates and conveys a favorable image of the organization
· Inputs data relating to projects including, but not limited to timesheets, work orders, proposal numbers, time charged to projects, mileage, lab data, and other.
· Reviews, codes and distribute incoming invoices to project manager for approval, sends appropriate documents to corporate office for final approval and payment.
· Assist in the review of weekly billing summaries, prepare client invoices, collects, and processes and deposits client payments and apply to appropriate invoice.
· Recognize and maintain confidentiality of work materials as appropriate

Performing, general physical activities, talking, hearing and seeing. Talking, especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important information accurately, or quickly. Average hearing or normal conversation and receive ordinary information. Repetitive movements using wrists, hand or fingers. Average visual abilities to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery. Sedentary work; sitting. Occasional standing. Sits or stands up to 8 hours per day, must be able to lift 10-30lbs. occasionally
