Geotech Engineering and Testing is Hiring a Construction Materials Field Technician Near Humble, TX
No experience is needed, we offer on-the-job training but ACI, and SB102 certifications are preferred.
We also offer certification assistance.
If you have prior experience in the Geotechnical/CMT field, it is a plus.
The technician will be scheduled to various job sites/projects.

- Must be able to work in all-weather climates.
- Assist Engineering Lab in testing and collecting concrete samples and soil samples.
- Inspect, test, and measure materials for conformance to specifications.
- Measure dimensions of products and verify conformance to specifications.
- Record inspection and data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, quantities inspected or graded, and locations.
- Report with great details such as grade and acceptance-rejection status.
- Other duties assigned by the Manager.
