  • Credentialing – 48 hours or less, we have a proven system as long as we receive all the information and documents needed.
  • Schedule – 3 or 4 days a week
  • Setting – Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • Case types – Plastics & Cosmetics
  • Independent provider (No directives from MD)
