Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional dining experiences. If you have a background in hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Experience in food handling and food safety practices
- Familiarity with the food industry, brewing, or catering is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
