Georgia Specialty Equipment provides furniture, fixtures and equipment to the K-12, college, and university and technical college education markets.

Our Expertise:

Our primary areas of expertise are spectator seating for auditoriums, lecture halls, theaters, arenas and gymnasiums, athletic equipment, lockers, laminate and wood casework, library furniture, classroom furniture and cafeteria tables. In addition, we provide technical expertise and specification assistance to design professionals.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Quotation Specialist is responsible for providing support to our customers and sales team by preparing quotes and pricing. We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual with the ability to execute all phases of project quotation design. Project sizes will vary. Excellent organization and communication skills are important for this position.

Role and Responsibilities:

Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.

• This position will be directly responsible for pricing implementation, generating competitive analyses and strengthening the overall service margin and lead day-to-day operations of the Quotations section.
• Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
• Receiving client’s instructions to render our services.
• To create quotes at agreed margins.
• Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations.
• Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
• Coordinate with team members to gather all the requirements of the project through email, virtual meetings, phone calls and collaborative tools.
• Work within budget constraints and timelines.
• Focused attention to detail that ensures accuracy of specifications and deliverables.
• Must show excellent communication skills when presenting to customers and with team members.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Talents and Abilities:

• Proficiency in design technology, CET (2020 GIZA, Revit optional) and Power point presentations preferred, not required.
• Ability to manage and maintain several clients at the same time.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical development skills.
• Exceptional ethical and professional standards.
• Entry Level, preferably in the same or similar industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $39,520.00 per year
