Qualifications
- The candidate will be able to swim, enact life saving skills such as CPR and first aid as required. Must be able to make good decisions regarding the safety of any resident that is engaged in aquatic recreation.
- Must have good communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, the ability to be on time for work, and the ability to work on weekends, if needed. Candidate also must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Candidate must be in possession of a current lifeguard certification and a current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must have the ability to swim and work outside in temperatures ranging from 80F - 110F degrees.
