Our client has an employee health clinic in Grand Junction, Colorado that's in need of a PRN family nurse practitioner. Pay is $90/hr and current coverage needs are June 7, 25, 26. Details below!

• Position: Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine/Primary Care)
• Position Type: Contract, 1099, PRN
• Facility: Health Clinic for employees and their families in Grand Junction, CO
• Coverage Needs: June 7, 25, 26
• Schedule: 7am-3:30pm & 8:30am-5pm
• Details: Basic Family Medicine/Primary Care, Dispensing health center, 6-8 patients per day, EMR is Cerner

Requirements

• Active Colorado Medical License
• 2 years experience in a similar setting
• Active BLS
• Active ACLS
• Active DEA with Colorado address
