June 17-19 - 8a-5p & June 20 - 6a-3p

*More dates likely in future

6-8 patients per date average

Employee Only Clinic - adult

$90 per hour

Mileage paid if commute 30 miles

Shadow Training Paid

Module Training Paid

Malpractice Paid

Collab Physician provided

Requirements

2-3 yrs primary care experience

Clean, Active AR FNP license

Clean background check

Able to commute daily
