Our ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operations of the business, which includes retail as well as commercial and industrial sales. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees, strong customer relations as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. Also, you should be competent at building strategic relationships, financial management, and experience in digital marketing and advertising would also be a big plus.
