We are one of 23 agencies created by the state of Georgia to provide a safety net of care for behavioral health and intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD). **Job Title:** Behavioral Health Team Leader, Full Licensed (LPC, LCSW) **Job Location:** Lawrenceville, GA * Direct Clinical Care provides individual and group therapies using evidence-based interventions

* Crisis Management

* Clinical Documentation

* Case Management, Referrals, Collateral & Treatment Team Contacts

* Outpatient After-hours Call Rotation

* Clinicians are expected to assist in coverage of after-hours outpatient client calls via *phone only*.

* Rotations are for one week and the frequency of rotation is dependent on the amount of staff covering the calls. (An additional supplement is provided to staff that cover a weekly shift.)

* Other duties as assigned.

* Must be able to lift 20 pounds

* Requires long periods of sitting/standing

* Must have valid Georgia drivers license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy

* Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting)

* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens

* Any combination of training and experience, which would have enabled the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities Note: Some positions may require a valid driver's license

* Other duties as assigned.

Masters degree from an accredited program

Georgia professional license as LPC or LCSW

ONE year of supervisory experience in the mental health field

ONE year experience working with mental health and substance use disorders * Experience with Carelogic or other ECR/EMR

* At least one year of experience working in Community Mental Health Care with SPMI, MH & SA.

* Must pass criminal records fingerprint check.
