Vitense Golfland is a family-owned business, founded in 1955 by George Vitense. Today, the business is owned and operated by George’s grandson, Joel Weitz, PGA Professional and two-time past President of the Wisconsin PGA. The facility includes a Top 50 Rated Golf Range in the US with 25 heated golf suites, powered by TopTracer and open year-round, both day and night. We also provide a lit 9-hole, par 3 golf course for day and night play; one indoor and two outdoor #1 rated miniature golf courses in Wisconsin; Signature Hole Grill & Bar, with service directly to the golf suites; two multi-sport Full Swing Simulators; Vitense Golf Academy, offering lessons from PGA and LPGA Professionals; batting cages and more! 

Vitense is looking for someone friendly and outgoing to join our team working at the front counter. The front counter is oftentimes where guests make their first impression of Vitense Golfland, and we want to make sure it’s a great one! 

Responsibilities of the Front Counter Staff will include the following: 

• Greet customers as they enter the building
• Answer phone calls
• Make activity recommendations
• Take payment for activities
• Become familiar with all activities and services offered by Vitense Golfland, including prices
• Answer questions from customers regarding equipment, activities, or services offered by Vitense Golfland
• Handle customer complaints that may arise

Requirements: 

• Must have great oral communication skills
• Money-handling and customer service experience are a plus, but we will train the right person! 
• Day and night shifts available. Weekend availability is a necessity!
