Our Mission:
George’s Gym is focused on enriching the lives of families and communities spanning all demographics. We pride ourselves on always putting children first and providing equitable, accessible programs that foster the imagination, while also promoting physical, mental, and social growth.

George's Gym is a completely mobile business for children. That means we have no location of our own and instead travel from client to client throughout the day. We bring our own equipment, our own staff, and tons of energy everywhere we go! We teach beginning to intermediate Tumbling and kid-friendly Fitness Classes, Monday through Friday all over Chicago and the Southern Suburbs.

Here at George’s Gym, we believe that every child deserves quality programming no matter who they are or where they live. So in our mission to provide equitable and accessible programs to underprivileged communities in under-resourced areas, we offer up to 50% of our classes at a discounted rate to clients within those communities. The other 50% are offered to Private Schools and other Organizations whose classes we use to support our discounted ones.

We are currently looking for a couple of new staff members to join us for our summer season and depending upon performance and availability also the following 2024-2025 school year. We need experienced, energetic humans that love working with kids, who also have a passion for gymnastics. Our goal in every class is for our students to first and foremost have TONS OF FUN but we also want to make a difference in their lives, their communities, and ultimately our entire beautiful city.

Job Details:

• Start Date: May 30th-June 6th (depending on your availability)
• 15-30 hours per week, MON-FRI
• $17-$20 per hour (depending on your level of experience)
• We reimbursed our staff monthly for mileage and parking
• If a class is canceled less than 48 hours from when it's scheduled, we still pay our staff for their scheduled time
• Staff that continues with us into the 2024-2025 school year, will potentially have the option for a salary, benefits, and bonuses
