Founded in 1909, George Junior Republic is dedicated to helping at-risk youth become successful, well-adjusted adults, capable of achieving a higher degree of citizenship and a better understanding of his responsibility to society, family and self. Preventative Aftercare, a GJR Affiliate corporation, provides community-based services in Pennsylvania and Ohio to both adults, children, and families.
Summary of the position: The Family-Based Mental Health Services Program Director will ensure that all administrative, supervision, and clinical requirements and regulations are met to ensure program compliance and individual and billing goals are reached for each team. The Program Director's hours are considered non-traditional based on referring agency and family needs; however, the work week is considered full time (40 hours per week). On Call availability to staff monitoring the crisis line is expected 2 x/ month as arranged with Clinical Supervisor.
