A working member of a production team responsible for safely operating production equipment. Primary job function is the production of thermoplastic pellets. The production associate may blend/load raw materials, operate extrusion lines, and/or package out product to meet customer requirements. The person will be responsible for maintaining product quality and maintaining good housekeeping within the plant. **2nd or 3rd Shift Position**
