Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment through a combination of cleaning and minor repair tasks. We are hiring for both full and part-time roles based in our Suwanee, GA office. Responsibilities: Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Dust furniture, surfaces, and equipment Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies Remove trash and recyclables Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors Respond to spills and messes promptly Handyman Duties: Perform minor repairs on plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, and replace light bulbs Fix leaky faucets, loose doorknobs, and other hardware issues Assemble furniture and equipment Assist with preventative maintenance tasks Other Duties: Secure the building by checking doors and windows at the end of the day Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to an Area Operations Manager Maintain a clean and organized work area Lift and move furniture and equipment (may require assistance for heavy objects) Follow all safety protocols and procedures Qualifications: Experience as a custodian, handyman, or similar role is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must be reliable and available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends At Geode Health, we offer: Competitive compensation Flexible schedule In-person and virtual patient visits Comprehensive admin support (front office, accounting, finance, payroll, HR, etc) Professional development opportunities Clinical community, support, and leadership Medical, dental and vision benefits Life insurance Short and long-term disability Paid vacation and holidays Matching 401k plan State of the art technology Why work for Geode Health?
