Genuine Smiles is a privately owned, family-centric dental practice in Trophy Club, TX. We are a new practice with a growing patient base. Genuine Smiles is seeking a technology and social media savvy Patient Experience and Marketing Manager who is also experienced in the typical dental office front desk duties and activities. We are seeking someone that can analyze key performance indicators (KPI's) related to business growth and make course corrections in current strategies in order maximize patient acquisition and further elevate the business health of Genuine Smiles.

Job Description:

  • Marketing
  • Creatively curate and implement diverse marketing campaigns. This may include generating ideas for promotions, creating associated flyers and distributing, seeking out & planning participation in local vendor events to reach potential patients, creatively thinking about fresh in-house marketing ideas to retain/grow business with new and existing patients, etc.
  • Manage content idea generation and brainstorming for social media marketing (videos, flyers and pictures)
  • Implement approved digital content and post to social media. This may include shooting and editing nifty videos using a smartphone, creating flyers (graphic creation/editing software will be provided), taking patient progress photos, etc.
  • Manage approved print marketing content creation and distribute to local partners and residents. (e.g. apartment complexes, local service partners, managing mail marketing to residences, etc.)
  • Patient Experience
  • Examine patient experience from start to finish and suggest as well as implement ways to improve experience through customer service initiatives.
  • Implement customer service initiatives with support from other staff members (e.g. standard script for checking out patients, ways to improve patient check-in/waiting experience, etc.)
  • Elicit Google Reviews from patients at check-out.
  • Drive a culture of excellence in customer service by providing feedback on patient interactions and proactively thinking of ways to improve customer services throughout the office.
  • Front Desk Duties
  • Greet all patients with warmth and a smile as they come in
  • Check-in/check-out all patients
  • Obtain, verify, and update all patients information.
  • Collect patient payments
  • Manage office communications with patients (e.g. answering the phone responding promptly to text inquiries)
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Obtain consent forms from patients that require treatment
  • Help coordinate front and back office patient flow
  • Conduct face-to-face treatment presentations with patient and assist the patient in understanding dental treatment options followed by scheduling dental treatment
  • Monitor and keep track of pending treatment and follow up with patients that have yet to schedule treatment
  • Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience working in Open Dental software (preferred)
  • Cross trained with dental assisting skill (preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of dental procedures (required)
  • Personable and comfortable chatting with patients (required)
  • Excellent communication skills (required)
  • Extreme attention to detail (required)
  • Self starter with an eagerness to learn and self improve (required)

Position: Part Time/In-person

Schedule: 2 days/week (flexibility in days)

Pay: $20.00-$25.00
