Job Description: 

As the first point of contact for our clients, the Front Desk Salon Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. They will also be responsible for managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the salon.

Responsibilities:Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures Manage salon appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area Process payments and handle retail transactions Assist stylists and technicians with client needs as required 

Requirements:Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred, however willing to teach the right candidate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in computer systems and salon software (knowledge of [gloss genius software] is a plus) Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
