You will also have opportunities to gain experience caring for a wide array of animals, as we see about 40-50% exotics as well as working with an animal sanctuary and local zoo! In addition to the ongoing training and on-the-floor learning our technicians’ experience with our unique clientele, each technician is encouraged to master a specialized checklist of skills to enhance their individual abilities. Our checklists and training procedures constantly evolve with employee input to make them as effective as possible as we continue to grow and progress as a hospital.
