Gentle Dental Associates is Hiring a Patient Coordinator Near Ann Arbor, MI
We are a fast paced, multi specialty dental office looking for a qualified benefits coordinator to fill a full time position.
Experience dealing with dental insurance is required. Customer service experience is a plus.
Applicant must be articulate, detail oriented, and have a high school diploma.
Responsibilities include: answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, coordinating insurance benefits, producing and editing treatment plans, insurance billing, and many other clerical duties related to patient communication and care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
