Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This position will directly report to the Director End User Experience and is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's IT service management needs.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as: Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using web services, REST API, and other integration methods to ensure data consistency and efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation and management of change management processes in ServiceNow to ensure controlled and efficient handling of changes to IT infrastructure and services
• Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and best practices to continuously improve the use of ServiceNow within the organization

About You

• Ability to work remotely and provide support via phone if needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred.
• Prior experience integrating ServiceNow to other applications and ability to adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible solutions to complex problems.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow development on latest versions.
• Ability to travel: 5%
