Overview

We are looking for an Intake Coordinator PC to join our team. This position will report directly to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC or Branch Manager PC and is responsible for overseeing client referrals, scheduling assessments and visits reviewing paperwork from field staff.

• Responsible for overseeing client referrals.

• Schedules all client visits, assessments, routine and special visits to field staff.

• Completes weekly statistical report pertaining to intake and discharges

About You

• High school graduate, some college preferred.

• PHC and/or CBA experience preferred.

• Must have excellent, professional communication and organizational skills. Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish).
