Overview

We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team.

You will report directly to the Billing Manager. You will be responsible for processing Government and/or Commercial claims and payments as assigned and maintain required medical records.

  • Track information for physician orders and physician signatures on a daily bases
  • Notifies Administration of any missing documents on the patients
  • Maintains logs and rosters
  • Ability to handle high volume of billing and work in a metrics-based environment

About You

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years previous Home Health or Hospice billing experience
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills
  • Homecare- HomeBase experience a plus
  • Experience with DDE, E-solutions, Waystar and/or Nthrive a plus

This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
