Overview

We're looking for a Review Specialist Office Operations to join our team. This position reports to the VP of Business Operations and is responsible for monitoring, assisting with, improving, and enforcing Quality Assurance standards.

• Identify if any adjustments to claims need to be done due to a deficiency of a quality assurance standard and communicate said adjustment following department process
• Review EOB, and other documentation as assigned, and work with agency management to suggest documentation recommendations
• Audit documentation specific to the EOB, and other documentation as assigned, and make recommendations to management accordingly

About You

• Three years of Hospice and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Homecare Homebase experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office projects with focus on Excel skills
