Overview

We’re looking for an Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations to join our team. You will strategically lead the clinical service analysis, development, implementation, and measurement for a growing region. Primary accountability is to ensure the delivery of consistent high-quality patient care that complies with regulatory requirements while focusing on continued performance improvement. Serves as key member of the region executive management team.

About You

• Registered Nurse with preferably a BSN or equivalent degree
• Three years of Hospice and Home Care experience
• Minimum 7-10 years of clinical and/or administration management experience in a strategy formulating capacity
• Experience participating in state surveys
• Experience with Accreditation process (i.e., JCAHO, ACHC, CHAPS)
