What You’ll Be Doing…

As a Pest Control Sales Professional you will have the opportunity to grow your sales career and control your financial opportunity.

• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home—don’t worry, we teach you how!
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified by addressing any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a background check

Comp package:
Base Salary $30,000,
10% commissions,
$500 Bonus for every $25K in General Pest Control Sales
$500 Bonus for every $10K in Termite and Crawlspace work.

Sales Goals
0-30 days - $3,000 min
31-60 days - $5,000 min
61-90 days - $15,000 min
91 days - $25,000 min
Note the totals do not carry month to month.

PEX Card for gas only. $125 per week.
After 4-6 months potential for full time employment.
1st Year 40% commissions on all sales after client pays
