This candidate would engage in all aspects of the architectural business from client engagement, programming, concept design development, construction documents and construction administration. Excellent software skills are required including Sketchup, Revit and Adobe Suite. What You Will Do Collaborate on project design, including programming conceptual design, schematic design, and design development Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives Provide project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs Your Qualifications 3-10 Years professional commercial experience Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field Excellence in Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques preferred, but not a requirement Related commercial architecture and design experience with a strong background designing multiple building typologies of varying scale Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills *The base salary will be estimated between $80 - $95k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
