Gensco currently has a great opportunity available for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Tacoma, WA!
Schedule - Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Full Time - Pay Range $24 - $28 per hour based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities
•Support Marketing Specialist on Utility Rebate Programs for Gensco and Slakey
•Support Gensco and Slakey Dealer Co-op Programs
•Process Marketing Promotion Payouts for Equipment, Supplies and Plumbing Channels
•Code and reconcile Gensco and Slakey credit card processing
•Very proficient with operating a personal computer and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software
•Maintain promo room and storage
•Perform administrative support tasks
Education/Experience/Skills
•Two-year college degree preferred
•Appropriate prior work experience
•Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve appropriately
•Strong decision-making abilities, understands impact and implications of decisions
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•Demonstrated ability to organize and get the job done
•Able to communicate with the public in person and on the phone
•Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout the facility(s)
•Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies, and inventory on a frequent basis
