2nd Shift - Mon-Fri - $17/hr

No experience necessary! If you have security or dispatcher background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry. As a security officer with Genric, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our client's property and personnel, as well as your co-workers.

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License preferred or the ability to obtain a valid Drivers License within six months of hire date
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards

Job Description:

• Possess effective written and oral communication skills to accurately maintain completed logs and reports
• Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner
• Possess intermediate computer skills
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and on uneven terrain
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
• Ability to follow established security protocols, while using initiative and good judgement

Schedule:

• As needed/Per diem
• This position could require overtime
• This is a 24/7 operation and holidays are scheduled
